A well presented ,motivated and confident nutritionist/sport nutritionist/dietetic assistant with great passion for Nutrition and people’s well being. According to my observation of life, nutrition is the fundamental factor which influences health and itsthe relationship between health and disease. I have grown in two beautiful countries , Albania and Greece, which gives me a great background of knowledge about traditional food and cooking.

I have completed a survey‐ thesis title: the consumption of food supplements in the municipality of Athens, Thessaloniki, Chios Island .Greece grade 10/10

I’m obsessed with nutritional values as a good/balanced healthy food and exercise. Often people do not realize the importance of good nutrition for wellbeing. I would love through my job, as a nutritionist, to share all my knowledge with people, who care about their mind, their body ,their health. A bachelor degree in science of dietetics(Greece 2016) has given me a strong background in nutrition and food science.I have worked (practise) as a sport nutritionist in Hercules and fitness center back in Greece up to 8 months. Here in Manchester UK, being a caterer assistant for 9 months gave me the opportunity to deal with situations as how to prepare food, work with the events hosts to create a menu and be responsible for the hygiene/cleanliness within food preparation areas. Moreover I had also been a volleyball player since I was 7-8 years old for 7 years, which has given me a great knowledge to improve and enhance my own sporting performance through nutrition.
